Live Arrival Guarantee
Our shrimps are packed carefully in order to arrive alive and healthy. In a rare circumstance where shrimps have found dead in the package, we will make sure to work with you to make it right, by following the conditions and instructions on this page.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee must meet all of the criteria listed below. If any of the conditions listed are not met the guarantee is not applicable.
- Package must be received and picked up in the first attempt. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
- Clear photo(s) of the *unopened* bag, clearly showing the dead shrimp must be send to us by replying to the order email confirmation with the photos attached. Photo must be received within 1 hour from the time the package has been delivered.
- Free items are not covered under this guarantee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
